La Hacienda has the following positions available:
Night Support Staff – FT – Hunt, TX General Qualifications: This position is responsible for monitoring patients not residing in the Special Care Unit. Patrols and monitors campus buildings and grounds. Provides support to patients experiencing difficulty and contact nursing staff for assistance as required. Must have a high school diploma or GED. One year health care or security experience is preferred. Must be able to walk across campus on a continuous basis throughout the shift. Must be able to bend, stand, stoop and lift up to 20 pounds and have physical stamina to deal with all outside weather conditions.	Dishwasher/Dietary Aide – FT – Hunt, TX General Qualifications: Prepares all items for salad bar, yogurt machine and beverages for the dining room. Washes all dishes and pots and pans. Maintains sanitation of kitchen and food service areas. Prior food service experience is preferred. Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds. Must be able to walk and stand on concrete floors for entire shift. This position requires the applicant to work three 13.50 hour days including weekends.
UR Specialist – FT – Hunt, TX General Qualifications: This position is responsible for all facets of the UR process on the assigned case load including pre-authorization when required, continued care review and assisting in discharge planning. LCDC, LPC, LMSW RN or LVN and two years experience in chemical dependency treatment is required. UR experience is preferred.
