Case Manager - Adult Program – FT – Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
This position assumes primary responsibility for case management of assigned caseload. Duties include but are not limited to assessment, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, charting, discharge, and continuing care planning. The applicant must be licensed as an LCDC or other Qualified Credentialed Counselor. Experience working with chemically dependent patients is required. A Master’s level degree in a Human Services field is preferred. Basic computer skills are required.

Direct Care Assistant – FT – Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
Insures patient compliance with the program rules and guidelines. Must demonstrate the ability to interact professionally with patients. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must have the ability to walk across campus multiple times as required during a shift. Must be able to sit, bend, stand stoop and lift up to 20 pounds.

Utilization Review Specialist – FT – Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
This position is responsible for all facets of the UR process on the assigned case load including pre-authorization when required, continued care review and assisting in discharge planning. LCDC, LPC, LMSW RN or LVN and two years experience in chemical dependency treatment is required. UR experience is preferred.

Clinical Intern – FT – Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
Works to assist other licensed staff members in providing patient care while obtaining the training needed to become licensed counselors. May provide patient care only under the supervision of a licensed and credentialed staff member or consultant. Must be certified as an LCDC Intern by the Texas Dept of State Health Services. Must be able to walk across campus multiple times during a shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand and lift up to 40 pounds.

Director of Environmental Services – FT – Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
Provides direct supervision and leadership of department which would include working side-by-side with department staff members when needed. Is responsible for training staff in proper use and handling of all cleaning products and equipment and for conducting environmental rounds of the facility as required by JCAHO and DSHS. Must have a high school diploma or GED. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Bi-lingual is preferred. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of prior supervisory experience and minimum of five years housekeeping experience in a hospital or hotel setting is required. Knowledge of OSHA requirements, hospital infection control procedures and Life Safety Code regulations is preferred. Leadership ability, strong verbal and written communications skills, and excellent human relations skills are a must. Candidate must be able to walk across campus multiple times during a shift, and be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

General Qualifications:
Responsible for ensuring the treatment needs of La Hacienda’s patients are professionally, accurately and effectively communicated to insurers. Duties include but are not limited to staff supervision, performing reviews, and preparing appeals. High school diploma or GED required. Degree preferred. Applicants must have a current Texas license as an LCDC or other QCC. A minimum of 2 years experience in chemical dependency treatment is required. A minimum of 1 year supervisory and prior UR experience is required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must. Basic computer and typing skills are a required. |

Family Program Counselor – FT – Hunt, Texas
General Qualifications:
The Family Counselor provides counseling and educational services for participants in Family Week, in cooperation with members of the clinical team providing care for patients whose “significant others” are in Family Week. As required by the Program Director, the Family Counselor may also provide individual counseling for designated patients and lead groups/teach classes composed of patients. The Family Counselor must hold an LCDC or other QCC. Prior experience in the field of chemical dependency with emphasis on dealing with families preferred. Must be capable of effectively organizing and presenting didactic material. Basic knowledge is required in the following areas: relapsing nature of substance disorders, family dynamics, DSM criteria for psychiatric disorders commonly occurring with substance dependence; basic pharmacology and neurophysiology of addiction and dual disorders and 12 Step programs. Basic computer skills are required.

Activities Therapy Assistant – FT – Hunt, Texas
General Qualifications:
Assists in planning, organizing and implementing activities therapy, maintains AT inventory of supplies, facilitates physical exercise programs, attends staffing, monitors and documents patient progress. Acts as Ropes Course Facilitator. Flexible hours and work load mandatory. High school diploma or GED and AT therapy experience and/or certification preferred.
