PRN - FT, PT - Hunt, TX

General Qualifications:
This position is responsible for nursing care of all patients. A minimum of one year experience in general nursing and/or one year experience in psychiatric/substance abuse nursing preferred. Must have current license in the State of TX. Must have current CPR certification.


Direct Care Assistant - FT - Hunt, TX

General Qualifications:
This position insures patient compliance with the program rules and guidelines. Must demonstrate the ability to interact professionally with patients. Must have a high school diploma or GED. The shift is 3:30 - Midnight.


Weekend Counselor - Collegiate - FT - Hunt, TX

General Qualifications:
This position assists with milieu management under the direction of the Program Director and Weekend Supervisor. Duties include facilitation of process groups, individual counseling, family sessions, and charting. May assist Case Managers in the completion of treatment plans. Actively participates in physical activities and outings held on and off campus in indoor and outdoor settings. Applicant must have LCDC licensure in the state of Texas. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Human Services field is preferred. Two years experience in the field of chemical dependency is preferred. Position requires excellent oral and verbal communications. Must be computer literate. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb and lift up to 25 pounds.


Program Counselor - Relapse Prevention- FT - Austin, TX

General Qualifications:
La Hacienda is seeking an energetic professional to assume primary responsibility for case management and counseling of an assigned case load. Duties include assessment, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, didactic groups, charting and communication with family members and referring agents. Position requires current TX license (LCDC, LPC, LMSW), specialized training and experience in relapse recovery and prevention and a minimum five years experience working with chemically dependent patients. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Services field preferred. Requires excellent organizational and communication skills as well as computer skills.


Customer Service Representative - FT - Hunt, TX

General Qualifications:
Applicant must provide excellent customer service to patients, their family members, and referral sources. Must be crossed-trained in all aspects of the admissions process, receiving and processing inquiry calls, and providing follow-up to individuals who have called about services provided at the facility. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and computer communication skills and must work well under stressful situations.


Patient Compliance Monitor - FT - Hunt, TX

General Qualifications:
Assists with milieu management under the direction of the Clinical Services Administrator, Program Director(s) or designated supervisor with specific emphasis on monitoring patient attendance at required program activities. High school diploma or GED required. Must have the ability to interact warmly and professionally with patients while maintaining appropriate boundaries. Must have the ability to walk across campus on a continuous basis throughout shift. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, stoop and lift up to 20 pounds. Excellent oral communication skills are required. Prior experience with Windows operating systems is required. Bilingual preferred. If recovering, must have a minimum of one year sobriety.


Maintenance Tech - FT - Hunt, TX

General Qualifications:
Minimum of two years experience in plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry preferred. Prior general maintenance experience required. Applicant must have a valid TX driver's license with clean driving record, the ability to lift 50 pounds maximum with no mechanical assistance. Basic computer skills preferred.


Housekeeper - FT - Hunt, TX

General Qualifications:
Provides daily cleaning and replenishing of supplies to assigned area of responsibility such as patient rooms, bathrooms, offices, SCU and other areas of the facility in accordance with standard cleaning procedures. Maintains safe and sanitary environment. Utilizes and/or operates vacuums, brooms, floor buffers, golf carts and other cleaning materials. Utilizes cleaning products and chemicals appropriately. Moves furniture such as tables and chairs. High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior cleaning experience preferred. Must have a neat, clean appearance. Must be able to walk across campus multiple times during a shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand and lift up to 50 pounds.


Housekeeper/Facility Assistant - PT - College Station, TX

General Qualifications:
Provides daily cleaning and replenishing of supplies throughout the facility in accordance with standard cleaning procedures. Maintains safe and sanitary environment. Utilizes cleaning equipment and products appropriately. Moves furniture such as tables and chairs as needed. Assists clinical staff to ensure a safe environment and interacts with patients as needed to complete urine drug screens and other duties to assist with program. High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior cleaning experience preferred. Must have a neat, clean appearance. Must be able to interact with patients in an appropriate manner, honoring patient rights and confidentiality. Must be able to walk across campus multiple times during a shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
