“Our nurses treat patients with dignity and respect. Maintaining the patients’ dignity is vital,” says Vorsha, an Austin native who joined the team in 2003. In nursing for 25 years, she started as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, then became a Registered Nurse and earned specialty certification in addictions nursing. As manager she keeps track of the nurses’ schedules, works closely with the pre-admission process, and coordinates with the medical and clinical staff. She is married and the proud parent of three adult sons, a daughter-in-love/law, three granddaughters and a grandson. In her spare time, she likes to walk and travel.
