| On April 3-5, 1st Responder Conferences and the City of Pearland, Tx hosted a Career Resiliency conference to focus on raising awareness and educating first responders on caring for themselves and for those around them. Alcoholism, self-medication, depression and PTSD are real issues that often run the lives of those who allow it to.
