| Toward the end of September, La Hacienda celebrated our employees’ years of dedicated service to the company. Length of service awards and certificates were given to staff with tenures of 2, 5 and 10 years. Staff members celebrating their 15 and 25-year milestones with the company received special crystal awards. All 70 employees who have been with us for 10 years or more were awarded a custom Anniversary Club jacket.
It is amazing to think that more than half of our staff – 58% – have been here 5 years or longer! Even more exciting, 38% of our staff have been here for 10 years or more, including our longest-tenured employee of THIRTY-TWO years! The dedication given to La Hacienda’s mission, vision, and goals by these staff members is truly humbling, incredible, and definitely worth celebrating! |
