Business Development – San Antonio
Originally from Murphy, Texas, Cooper Sanders serves as a Business Development Representative at La Hacienda Treatment Center, where he works closely with support networks, organizations, and families to help both individuals and organizations access integrity-driven, high-quality addiction treatment and recovery services. With over five years of experience in the behavioral health field supporting both the mental health and substance use populations, Cooper brings a strong understanding of care coordination, assisting individuals, organizations, and families in navigating the path into treatment and recovery. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from the University of Texas Permian Basin, where he is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
Throughout his career, Cooper has worked across the full continuum of addiction treatment services, including detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programming, and extended care environments. In these roles, he has guided and assisted organizations and families throughout the intervention process, helping facilitate successful transitions into treatment and recovery. His experience includes leadership in developing financial and operational procedures and training systems to strengthen program consistency, improve the overall patient experience, and enhance outcomes for patients and the partners who support their recovery. His work is guided by a deep respect for the recovery community and the role that strong support systems play in long-term recovery—perspectives shaped not only by his professional experience but also by his own recovery journey.
