Director of Strategic Partnerships
Director of Strategic Partnerships Sarah Oliveira McDonald, LCDC, joined the La Hacienda Business Development team as a Fort Worth area representative in 2014. She was promoted to her current position in 2022.
Sarah has more than 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing, holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a public relations emphasis and marketing minor from the University of Texas San Antonio.
After college, she was accepted into and completed the prestigious General Electric Commercial Leadership. She also studied with the Institute of Chemical Dependent Studies and attained her hours to earn an LCDC and begin her career in marketing behavioral health.
Involved in Community Activities
Sarah is active in her community. She graduated from the Leadership Fort Worth Program, is a team lead on the ambassador committee for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, a Girl Scout Troop Leader for Girl Scouts of Fort Worth. She also coaches basketball for the Aledo Lions Club and is the Family Events coordinator for Vandagriff Elementary PTO.
When she is not helping others, she enjoys spending time with husband David and three kids, Evan, McKenzie, and Madelyn. In her free time, she loves to cook and exercise.
