Shantell has been a case manager at La Hacienda Treatment Center since April 2012. She holds a master’s degree in counseling, and has been a counselor in South Dakota, Minnesota, Australia, and Texas, working with co-occurring disorders for over 20 years. She is trained in EMDR, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, mindfulness, etc. Shantel is married, has three daughters, and two dogs. She enjoys walking her dog, hiking, dancing, paddle boarding, traveling, bird watching, and sitting by a fire. She loves working with a dedicated team of professionals and seeing patients heal – in mind, body, and spirit.
